By completing this purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this program, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. Please purchase with intention.

2. Program Access & Delivery Schedule
You will receive access to Rich and Recognized according to the following release dates:

  • October 10, 2025 – Module 1: Build Your Personal Brand

  • October 24, 2025 – Module 2: Stand Out Online with Your Personal Brand

  • November 7, 2025 – Module 3: Monetize Your Personal Brand

  • November 21, 2025 – Module 4: Sustain + Scale Your Personal Brand

All modules will be delivered via the program platform. You will retain lifetime access to released modules for as long as the program is available.

3. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including videos, worksheets, guides, and resources, are the exclusive property of PrettyAF Powerhouse and Azalee Maslow. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise make available any portion of the program to others without prior written consent. Program access is for your personal use only.

4. Client Responsibility
Your success in this program depends on your commitment and implementation of the strategies provided. No guarantees of specific results are made or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability
PrettyAF Powerhouse and Azalee Maslow are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in this program.

6. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.

7. Payment Plan Terms
By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to make 12 total monthly payments. The standard payment plan is $222 USD per month. If you use a discount code, your first payment will reflect the discounted rate, and you agree that the same discounted amount will be automatically charged for the remaining 11 monthly payments. Payments will be automatically processed each month on the same date as your initial purchase. Failure to complete payments may result in removal of program access.
