207 - Raise Your Prices Without Losing Your People

Hey Powerhouse!

You launched your offer and you're still charging the same price. You're worried that raising it will make people leave. But staying cheap is costing you more than a price raise ever would. Your first price is not your forever price. You launch at $297, but you're building toward $997. That's not greed, that's growth. Small groups change your pricing power completely. When you're working with 3 to 5 people instead of selling to 300, your value is personal and intimate. That's closer to coaching than to a mass program. You can raise faster because every client feels the weight of your attention. Raise methodically as you show results. Raise every few months if you want to. Your people aren't comparison shopping. They're buying you.

A price raise is an authority move. When you announce you're raising prices, you're telling the market you're in demand. New clients coming in at the higher price immediately respect the work more. Past clients see you as someone worth investing in. That positioning shift does more for your credibility than any marketing campaign. Your people don't mind paying more if they've already seen the goods. They've listened to your podcast, they know how you teach, they see the results. By the time you raise, you've already earned it. They follow because they know your value.
