A coach told me a new name would help me grow faster. Three months later, nothing had changed, and I was sitting there ignoring a brand I'd spent YEARS building and loving. So I looked myself in the mirror, asked my favorite question (if it doesn't feel like a birthday brunch, why are we doing it?), and went back to the brand I already built.
