There was a season where I believed that hard work automatically led to greater impact. I was consistent with my podcast but had no real strategy behind it. I spent most of my time serving the clients I already had. I miscalculated timelines and often worked far more than I was being paid for. I went to networking events and struggled to clearly articulate what I did.

I was hustling. But I wasn’t building intentionally.

Before you chase someone else’s version of impact, define your own. For one person, impact might mean awards. For another, it might mean influence. For someone else, it might mean donating a specific amount of money each year to a cause they care about. Your strategy must match your definition.

You don’tt need more hustle. You need clarity and alignment.
